  Name: Greg & Gretchen Working with Rebeca Elliott to obtain the home we recently purchased was simply a joy. Rebeca was very patient with us for well over two years while we looked at potential homes to purchase in virtually every nook and cranny of Camarillo. We had determined early on in our search that our favorite neighborhood was Las Posas Estates, but thought we would never find the home that had everything we wanted. Finally, we saw a listing in The Estates and asked Rebeca to schedule an appointment to view it. Even though the owners seemed reluctant to show us the property, Rebeca was persistent and we walked into the house of our dreams! It had everything we had hoped for and Rebeca was very helpful in advising us through the negotiation process and put us in contact with a loan officer who was able to approve us in one day when we were up against a time crunch. All in all, Rebeca helped make the entire process as painless as possible and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the real estate market as either a buyer or seller.
